Did you know that Brasilia has most of its population from the northeast? The House of warbling, also known as Palace of Poetry is a architected by Oscar Niemeyer to honor the Northeastern community that inhabits the Federal District building. The house is situated in Ceilândia and the palace has the function of “home” of the representatives of popular culture.
